The lack of camaraderie outside of being live while streaming is always bothersome. You never get to know someone outside the persona. Im guilty of this too, but it'd be nice to know more of my friends on a personal level. Instead of their username and entertainment persona.

But that's what's needed. I've forged strong bonds with some of my creator collogues by finding any excuse to hangout outside of their work. No recording. No networking. Just enjoying one another's company. It just doesn't strike us as a thing we need to do, since the job feels like the hangout.

Problem is, your job IS this post-work hangout, but in front of hundreds of people. Everyone's work-persona is still on. Yet, all of you guys feel like you're getting your socialization hours in. Therefore, it doesn't intuitively make sense to need to "hangout after the hangout."

Pretend as though you are at your typical desk-job in an office setting working for some company. After everyone clocks out, many have their coworker-cliques to hangout with and socialize. That's when people get to know one another since they can all drop their work-personas.
