$512 per month in electricity... I hate it here....

@howieeday.bsky.social seen the new Smart Bevel in 3ds Max 2027 yet? it's nice.
in order to actually accomplish this, I have a div for each edge that is TL and BR anchored to the orbs, an SVG with a path inside that div, as well as a resize-observer on that div. When the div resizes when nodes are moved around, the resize observer re-draws the path.
this is a nested no-can-do, but I wanted to do this:
svg#connections path#AtoB {
d: shape(from anchor(--A, center) anchor(--A, center), line to anchor(--B, center) anchor(--B, center);
}
Hmmmmm
that's legit.
for what it's worth, I was working on a 3d kitbash thingy ages and ages ago and I used similar designations to group what parts are compatible with other parts.
I've actually been thinking about reviving it. Mind if I borrow some of your designtations?
is this a headcanon thing or are these citing some beta canon source?
Reason I ask: I posit that the Eaves-Bayer geometry nacelles would probably get a different prefix.
exceedingly envious
make placeholders like that a dotted stroke and a scanline halftone?
you know what you're doin' - just something I noticed when I looked at it. I can't not be a UX guy.
Minor suggestion:
use a faded version of the icon within the brackets. it looks hard to read when there's a token there or not if the token is identical to the placeholder.
barf
For those who are curious. I printed the supported version with default settings on my P1S with Bambu Labs' "Iridium Gold" PLA.
The supports are obviously intended for resin printers but they work fine out of the box for FDM, too.
is same thing!
Lower right-hand corner of the official site (once you close out the "find a theatre" modal)
Innit? The marketing people knew what they were doing when they released the STL >.<
If you've got a 3d printer....
bsky.app/profile/that...
Fist my bump!
teach me oh wise one....
do your decal sheet have alphas on them to blend on the edges or do you just color match and let it be (I presume you handle z-fighting through render-order, or a miniscule push?).
okay next question: who on the #chromium team can I have look at a ticket I filed that was wrongly set to "Won't Fix" because someone misread it?
Both? Can a switch be achieved through some kind of variable switch?
heh, I actually saw that issue moments after I read this and felt silly >.<
voted for second. It'd be nice if polls were a thing right in the csswg git, ey? :3
leader()* not leading()
who on the chromium team can I bribe to round out the print-adjacent features like leading(), element(), running(), cross-references, string-set(), and footnotes/sidenotes?
I still play this game on slow mode in the background while I work :3
I really love these... but, like always, I crave TMP-esque versions more than anything.
if anyone has anything that they'd like to see for modules, hit me up.
Going to actually take this seriously and design one of these that looks good, does not weigh a tonne, and can manufacture without a headache.
point the first: it will be smaller (5x6 grid-squares instead of 6x8). Note: I don't use gridfinity (my grid is 48mm not 42mm)
my kingdom for paint makers to have consistent bottle sizes...
