I go to her alma mater and i got to meet her last year. Absolutely wonderful human. Wouldn't be shocked if she makes it to SCOTUS in a Democratic administration.

Kroger is gonna raise prices again out of spite

After a federal judge sided with the FTC and halted the Kroger-Albertsons $24.6 billion megamerger, Albertsons is suing Kroger.

The suit claims Kroger didn’t do enough to secure approval for the massive deal that would have created the country's biggest supermarket chain.
