I put Library of Leng in a Commander deck recently in a Commander Arcade deck, but I also was on-site for the filming in case something went weird and bad. It wasn't drawn, so all was right with the world.

CubeCon Saturday! I'm playing Lavender in the Desert. Currently 2-0 with UW reasonablestuff. Weirdly, Untethered Express has won two games.

Second #cubecon draft of the day. Bthe TL;DR Cube. Ended up at 2-1, lost to an excellent Madison local friend.
Drafted WG Coco+Gearhulk. Ended up at 1-2 after some super fun games. Dana Fischer rolled me with a Sumggler's Surprise putting Bonny Pall and Voreclex out in the same turn.

Update: best Twin play was on Mnemonic Wall to cast Abrade seven times during a game. Ended up 2-1, lost to a deck that owned Millstone and Swords to Plowshares. Great games, a really fun cube.
The Alpha Reimagined Cube has some wild cards in it. Gonna get to Twin somebody today I'm pretty sure.

Oh. Digital-only first-printings don't generally get proofs either that I've seen, that's a good point. I misread the original question a bit.
I know that the original Voja token by Sardinha didn't get a proof made, because it was MTGO only, for instance.
Historically, every artist gets proofs of any card that has proofs made.
Proofs aren't made of UB cards. This is a likely-contractual choice by Wizards that I think is very dumb.
