The principle doesn’t rly change and you don’t know that these people didn’t bring it up to iskall already. U just assumed they had malicious intent

And one of the statements said they kept trying to steer iskall away from inappropriate conversations and ended up asking him to stop. So they HAVE brought these things up to him before. Why r u bending backwards to defend this man that gave u very little proof and nothing but a bunch of words

If you are involved in any misconduct under your company name or any activity that may involve/affect your company, people will report you to your boss or HR. That’s not defamation. And if you choose not to defend yourself, that’s 100% on you and 100% a liability to hermitcraft

And I find it funny that you take issue with them bringing it up to hermitcraft instead of iskall himself

That is how the real world works too. Iskall’s misconduct, if true is directly related to his status as a youtuber. These claims affects hermitcraft and their members

The hermits only stated in their official statement that people have accused iskall and they confronted him and he chose not to defend himself and resigned. That is fact that iskall himself has pretty much admitted to now

Where r u getting a solid case of defamation from?

The least he could do is show up and tell the hermits he needs time because he is going through the police and can’t share too many details

But he chose not to go. He chose silence to the hermits and to us. While the victims showed up with evidence

The time of the deadline frankly doesn’t matter when iskall admits he knew about the meeting + chose not to attend under police advice

No matter how much time, the police would tell him the same thing

He waited months before making his statement. Is that how much time he should have been given?

And he only had 1.5 hrs supposedly but he had time to consult the police and a solicitor that warned him not to speak at this meeting

I think the deadline issue is a bit of a red herring to distract you from the actual accusations

The more important question is did he do these things or not?

And I feel like iskall is telling us its a deadline, but was it really? He couldn’t have communicated that he needs time to the hermits?

But did iskall actually say anything of substance? The people that accused him have shown us screenshots but I didn’t think iskall said much of anything in his vid 🤷‍♀️
