Aldi's organic ones are great (less watery)

If you want to make it vegan, replace the paneer with tofu. Squeeze the water out and fry the sliced tofu in oil until light brown. (alternatively, use an air fryer)
For crème fraiche, use creamy oat fraiche (oatly) or coconut ones.
For butter, use plant based ones.
