Working on a Tamiya 1/72 Zeke, I’ve included a vaguely appropriate Hasegawa figure as a pilot. Testing out the Sim Sonic Destruction technique of brush painting Mr Color Aqueous. I usually brush lacquers, coming from a Ma.K tradition.

Try rubbing alcohol. Bandai plastic can get brittle and crumbly with white spirits or enamel thinners

And here's that ship I mentioned in my last post: the Fledermaus from Ma.k. This was an old 80's kit so it had lots of issues that needed fixing. I also replaced the cockpit with a scratch built AI core as the former was lacking. #plamo #ma.k #maschinenkreiger #gunpla

A little further on with the Gustav. The main difference is the purple filter made with oil paint, making things feel colder and playing nicely with the yellow ID bands.
