Non-coffee content: I’ve just started watching game of thrones and I’m 8 episodes into season 1. Maybe this is unpopular but the show is really predictable and the smut isn’t adding as much as it takes away. The only characters I like are the moral compass-aligned horse lovers.

New platform - time for new results.
Our lab is about to publish a series of industry changing electrochemical studies on coffee. Unlike some of our previous results, this field requires a fair bit of background chemical knowledge. I’ll do my best to teach it as the papers come out.
