Remember that alt text isn't always a "description", it's a text alternative that replaces the image: your alt text should focus as much on *why* that photo as what is in that photo. For example,

3) Find the toggle Under Accessibility Settings
4) Set the reminder
5) Bluesky will now remind you every time you've uploaded an image
6) Click the Alt Text button to furnish the text alternative
