I need to poke denpa again about hosting the r18 patch on JAST, you can technically extract it from the r18 version I believe but in terms of a standalone patch it *is* currently unobtainable.

While I may still be poor at kanji recognition learning some Japanese was probably the best decision I could have made for working in VN loc even though I'm not a translator, being able to understand Japanese file names saves me so much trouble as an image editor...
Nothing like thinking you'll have to redraw stuff and it'll be a pain but the English text actually covers that area fine so no redrawing needed.
