Weaving is still done in only two directions - warp and left, one goes up and down and the other goes side to side. Basically there isn't weaving technology to do hexagons or octagonal unless it's just printed on the fabric.

The cost of sending a small parcel thicker than 25mm has now gone up to ยฃ4.85.
However, a parcel that's thinner than 25mm only costs ยฃ2.40.
AUTHORS, PLEASE WRITE BOOKS WITH LESS THAN 316 PAGES.
I think Jenny Colgan has spoken about the BBC reading her Dr Who novel and insisting the Dr's bottom be covered up and not mentioned. This was probably a mid Tennant interview & I can't remember where I heard it (definitely an audio thing). Specifically a trouserless Dr was removed
On the basis of the one in Richmond having a funny smell of spilt milk, and then closing down, and having none up north, it is more of a big deli than a supermarket.
How Reform UK deputy leader Richard Tice avoided ยฃ600,000 in corporation tax on his property business.

Came to say this
There's not enough branches to count it.
It used to cost less because all councils hired care staff for disabled and elderly people directly. It was a Conservative idea to privatise this and outsource to profit making companies..
What I'd also like people to know is the social care bill the UK pays for is so high because companies cream off a profit from me being disabled. My care package is a valuable commodity & the company directors who pay minimum wage but charge more to the council, are the type who fiddle taxes.
As someone who is on disability benefits, I don't hoard wealth or hide it offshore. Every penny goes back into the UK economy. My carer is the same. If I'm given enough to live off, it will be spent in UK businesses. I'm a cog in the economy, not a drain on resources.
Here's what Keir Starmer doesn't want you to know about the war on Iran:
Matt Goodwin has been caught using AI and making up quotes in his new book.
But as John F. Kennedy famously said: "Ask not what your ChatGPT can do for you, ask what you can do for your ChatGPT. Also IT'S PRIVATE EYE WEEK. New edition in shops and with subscribers from Wednesday."
Neither Wendy Freeman or Rob Thomas really fancied talking to me very much about Dr Who, as they both did so many BBC shows they think of as more prestigious and are a bit snobby about it. Today Wendy said "God, you're a NERD!" in shock. Rob talked about it once when he was very, very drunk.
It gets better (and worse). My boyfriend's Dad who has sadly passed away very recently, has blown up a Dalek professionally as a special effects assistant. He had no idea which story it was, definitely the 80s. He also built the ship model from Enlightenment. His name was Rob Thomas.
Typewriten crew list from BBC production crew for Image of the Fendahl. Lists assistants and dressers as well as director and producer.
She had a photograph from her thrown away archive/ scrapbook with a crew call sheet from Image of the Fendahl.
She had a cast and crew photo from Image of the Fendahl! Sadly she chucked out all the make up continuity photos and polaroids and sketches from her BBC career a couple of years ago. She also made up Sarah Sutton and Peter Davison but has no idea what story it was.
Crikey. I just found out my boyfriend's Mum Wendy did Leela/ Louise Jameson's tan make up on Doctor Who and I'm quietly geeking out. #doctorwho #classicdoctorwho
Multiple societies throughout history all came to the conclusion that charging interest on loans was immoral. Punishable by death in some cases. Now we've all done a collective 180 and decided it's the glue holding the world economy together? I think we got it right first time.
I've just asked my MP to attend the debate on Ehlers-Danlos syndromes and cranio cervical instability. It's very easy to email your MP too via https://edsuk.eaction.org.uk/makeitmatter%0A
My journey of understanding - from who the hell are Marks and Gran, is this Rick and Morty, to oh it's that terrible sitcom Richard Herring is obsessed with. Fun fact- that alleyway is super gentrified now. Has as fancy restaurant, artisanal bakery & a record shop.( Ezra St, London E2 7RH)
When they appear on political tv shows, journalists and pundits should have to wear badges that say how many properties they own
Politics can be quite boring and the political intrigue angle seems to be the only think current journalists think will get views & clicks. I'd really like to know occasionally what bills are being passed without digging it up away from news sites.
Sounds like a perfect match
Momo loves boxes. Hates being picked up and moving house. Technically he's my boyfriend's flatmate's cat, but BF was delighted to have him move in.
There is a righteous anger among the people of the entire UK - Reform's cashed in on that while being funded by those that caused everything that made people angry in the first place. the Green Party of England and Wales offer a genuine alternative - one that actually cares about peoples' welfare.
Now that the by-election is over, perhaps we can get back to ignoring my racist bullying at school, Russian infiltration into my party, me lying about who paid for my house in Frinton and Reform run councils putting up council tax.
Putin is the contagious disease to worry more about. We keep forgetting evidence for electoral interference has been found in the UK & US over the last 20 years. FSB flooded social media with misinformation. Now we presuming opposing view holders don't know they've been lied to on both sides.
In case you see or hear any nonsense about Islamism having won in Manchester.
