deeply wish podcasts like NPR politics podcast would cover this reality. their reporting on minneapolis has almost no relationship to what i see here. they cant seem to break out of a narrow understanding of politics and political power

they could do what we do. fundraise. patrol. organize food support. go to whipple and demand oversight. go to where children are detained in Dilley and demand their release. politicians have done this (elliot payne, jason chavez, aisha gomez, joaquin castro) so it is possible
