and mind you I've always felt this, loooonng before I started gaining I've struggled with things like mowing, but Ive always been told its dehydration, and back then yea I didnt drink much water, but nowadays I do fuckin everything I can to stay cool and overall feel OKAY, just REALLY FUCKING HOT

oh yea so I guess my body has some sorta really bad overheating issue, like I drink at LEAST a gallon of water a day and eat pretty well, yknow food groups n all, but sometimes when out doing errands I legit just get a temperature of about 100 degrees despite feelin fine and idfk whats up with that

see the whole "this fit last week!" gainer thing is hot, but its way hotter when theyve ACTUALLY been fattening up for about a year and just THOUGHT they fit last week, so mid-sentence they realize its definitely been longer than a week~
