As an atheist, I have never had that problem. I just read up on the latest scientific discoveries & think "oh wow, that's interesting..what could this lead to..?"

I'm so glad I do not have that issue

We could easily house, feed & care for everyone

We could build devices designed to last as long as possible aligning our manufacturing around the needs of the people & planet

We've materially the resources to do so. We're just now using them mostly to pamper the rich. This's why Leftists are angry

It makes no sense to expect any atheists definition of religion to fully satisfy every religious persons definition.

More convinced every day that a Universal Basic Income is the only long term workable solution. Everything else is just duct tape.

I remember having a UBI. It was called “living with my parents,” and I had all my food/shelter needs covered, plus free access to a (shared) TV, music, books, a library card, cars I could borrow and more.

I still worked drudge jobs, because I wanted to buy lots of comics and take girls to movies.

I'd get more satisfaction out of sweeping the streets and keeping my community tidy than I have out of many roles I've held.
