Basically square/Lorne sausage but meatier.

The "pastry" is a beer batter, but it applied a lot thinner than I intended.

That's EXACTLY what I tried it with.

Basically square sausage.

This unholy wedding of black, white and red pudding moulded into a Battenburg cake configuration, covered in beer batter and deep fried, is unpleasant to behold.

Tonight I invented an abomination; A Battenburg cake, but made from white, black and red pudding, covered in beer batter and deep fried.

I have Christened it The Batterburgh, pronounced Batter-burra, like Edinburgh.

May God have mercy on my soul.

FAO fans of The Thing: The camera is at opposite ends of the corridor for each of these shots. You can tell by the background props. Blair comes out of the room that the dog goes into.
