Let's put these out into the world and see what people think of my taste.

Game 13: Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers: Rita’s Rewind
Developer: Digital Eclipse
Played on: Switch
Release: 2024
Playtime: 3 hours 3 minutes
Rating: 7
Thoughts: Rita's Rewind is a simplistic beat 'em up that perfectly captures the MMPR brand, for better and for worse.
A reminder that Steam has changed its AI-Disclaimer policy to allow game companies to not disclose Gen AI usage as long as it's not being used in a way players will directly interact with. It is deliberately ambiguous so that companies using it in the way Level-5 does do NOT have to disclose it.
We didn't deserve this day.
just to be clear, everyone, when 8 pm EDT comes and goes, regardless of what does or does not happen, the president still threatened genocide and war crimes and we should still impeach, arrest, and try him
Game 12: Sonic Advance 2
Developer: Sonic Team and Dimps
Played on: Analogue Pocket
Release: 2003
Rating: 6.5
Thoughts: Sonic Advance 2 is brought down by convoluted level layouts, a one-note boss gimmick, and easily the worst special stage prerequisite in series history.

TRANS CREATOR SUPPORT THREAD!
happy #tdov! i’m hosting a lil thread for my fellow trans creators to boost their work!! 🏳️⚧️💕
introduce yourself and post some of your work - share shops, commissions, or anything else you want to plug! :D
Just because you dont understand trans people, aren't attracted to them, etc, shouldn't give you any right to be a selfish, piece of shit and dictate their happiness and being their true selves. Let trans people be happy. Support them. Talk to them and learn. You might make new friends 🏳️⚧️ ❤️
bunlith lounging on the ground with the speech bubble 'i want shorter games with worse graphics made by people who are paid more to work less and im NOT KIDDING' scribbled out in red with a giant "DESTROY CAPITALISM" written over it in bold yellow letters
updating the meme for current times
Game 11: Shonen Jump’s One Piece
Developer: Dimps
Played on: Analogue Pocket
Release: 2005
Rating: 5
Thoughts: Although One Piece's pixel graphics are stunning, the rest of the package is a cavalcade of underdeveloped mechanics, bland level design, and infuriating insta-kill traps.

Game 10: Yoshi Topsy-Turvy
Developer: Artoon
Played on: GBA
Release: 2005
Rating: 3
Thoughts: Yoshi Topsy-Turvy is a concept that may have sounded good on paper, but completely fails in execution due to haphazard controls, poor level design and bland presentation.
Game 9: Drill Dozer
Developer: Game Freak
Played on: Analogue Pocket
Release: 2006
Rating: 8
Thoughts: While the structure of the game can be a bit tedious, Drill Dozer makes up for it with its clever gameplay, excellent art design and charming music.
This is a Nazi move. Stripping people of rights, invalidating their IDs, setting them up for criminalization and imprisonment.
If you don't support trans rights, you support fascism.
this bill is legitimately a three-alarm fire. if they manage to define trans existence as explicit then there is nothing stopping them from genocide. i need every single cis person talking about this, calling their reps, getting out in the streets.
We literally know now that anti-trans legislation was pushed by a pedophile ring to allow a pedophile ring to serve a pedophile ring’s interests, and legislators have decided the best course of action is to keep doing what the pedophile ring wants.
An official letter from the Kansas Division of Vehicles dated February 23, 2026, with a redacted recipient address. The letter notifies the recipient that due to the enactment of Senate Bill 244, all Kansas driver's licenses and IDs must reflect the holder's sex at birth. It states that the recipient's current credential will become invalid immediately upon the law's publication on February 26, 2026, with no grace period. The recipient is directed to surrender their current ID to receive a new one matching their sex assigned at birth. The document concludes with instructions on how to appeal the notice if received in error, along with contact information for the department.
Kansas is sending letters to trans people telling them that their licenses will be revoked as of tomorrow and that they risk arrest for driving on a suspended license.
This is pure cruelty.

It’s not just Medicaid funding they’re withholding to MN. It’s food assistance, child care assistance, social services, job training, safety testing, public health, disaster relief. SNAP. Free lunch for kids in school.
They hate us for loving our neighbors, and are collectively punishing us for it.

Game 8: Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter
Developer: Nihon Falcom
Played on: PS5
Release: 2025
Playtime: 57 hours 6 minutes
Rating: 9.5
Thoughts: A fantastic remake that simultaneously amplifies what made the original 2004 release so special and adapts the game for a modern audience.
The biggest one I found was that enemies don't follow the same rules as the player, which is noticeable when they clip through obstacles without getting damaged.
Other areas are level music not looping properly, an inconsistent sense of speed, and inconsistent placement of ammo refills.
Game 7: Aerial_Knight's DropShot
Developer: Aerial_Knight
Played on: PC via Game Pass
Release: 2026
Playtime: 2 hours 7 minutes
Rating: 4
Thoughts: Amazing presentation and a killer concept can only take DropShot so far. While there's potential, the game feels unfinished in too many key areas.
DLC 1: Neva — Prologue
Developer: Nomada Studio
Played on: Switch
Release: 2026
Playtime: 1 hour 20 minutes
Rating: 9
Thoughts: Prologue wraps the best parts of Neva into a wonderful little chapter that's unbelievably affordable.
Game 6: Indika
Developer: Odd Meter
Played on: PC via Game Pass
Release: 2024
Playtime: 3 hours 34 minutes
Rating: 8
Thoughts: Rough around the edges, oddly compelling, and all around strange, Indika is a game that sticks with you long after you put it down.
