What I sometimes experience is a slump on the quality / inspiration of the scene or photos but I still enjoy the physical act of taking a camera out & going for a walk. It allows me to forget about everything else & forces me to be present

it because it’s doing what I do, just faster. My concern is when it becomes a tool to create an entire image, deep fake / deceive. That’s a slippery slope especially when it’s passed off as factual

The tech is becoming VERY good & if you had to do the same thing with erase tools / clone stamp it would be almost impossible. I’m mixed. On the pro side I edit EVERY image. Some subtle some more than subtle. Therefore I’m doing “manually” what Ai can do in no time. So honestly I can’t hate on

Another file I found dated 2022 was mood boards from both the NFL and MLB for jerseys I had been booked to shoot including a schedule & the shoot list. That was a high stress booking that was very $ but I’d never want to do again. Different time & motivation

It’s interesting to look back at how the industry has changed & how much time & energy I was spending on that type of photography

decided to move to another / better suited but smaller than my planned studio in year 1 of Covid. The goal was to accomplish what I hoped to do with the big studio but the industry & business changed to a point it was challenging to maintain even the smaller space. Eventually I got out of that too.

However at the time before COVID the business I was doing was so robust that I needed more space, a different layout, a space to host agency events and handle more shoots. Thank heavens the project was delayed by the building owner because soon Covid hit & that started the business change. I
