I have not been ignoring y'all, just coming down from the healthiest (15+ hour) hyperfocus I think I've ever had. I think I used every mechanism I've learned to create an ideal anecdotal point of reference. Started deep cleaning the ground floor of the house; made sure to take breaks as & how I needed them; wrote down the macro items left to do, breaking down the micro tasks and goals. Set myself up for optimal recovery, using all of the self-care I prefer with the optimal use of what items I have available. Fingers crossed, I'll wake up without acute symptoms and can finish what I've planned by tomorrow evening. If I'm able, I'll be able to simply relax during the day on Friday before my flight back to Seattle, and won't feel anything about what's waiting for me when I get there That's healthy, right?
