Widespread capture of the concept of hell really created a market demand for all sorts of awful people and behaviors in the name of God, and we’ve definitely met the supply and then some.

Obviously every child/home is different but our 18 year old son and his buds mock AI, manosphere nonsense and the like. I’d like to think if you just let the boys grow up in a home of genuine honesty and empathy they’ll figure it out. But it’s rough out there.

Rooting for the Mariners to win the division on the last day of the season with a record of 79-83. They lose the last game but so does Texas so they clinch. The fans celebrate by booing and littering the field with trash.

My baseball team - which has next to zero success at assembling successful platoons and/or acquiring useful veterans near the end of their careers - can't stop trying to assemble platoons and/or acquiring useful veterans near the end of their career, and we are not quite sure what the problem is.

It will be interesting to see how this plays out.
