I mean, I think Trump gives more of a Barabbas energy, but what do I know...

Which is ridiculous, because as we all know, Minnesota is the capital of Mindiana.
The crew are all werewolves.
If they land on the moon, they'll be trapped in wolf form forever.
I have a different take on your question from some other folks:
- Writing is harder for some people than others
- Not as a matter of quality but of actually being able to do it
- Sometimes because of neurodiversity
- Sometimes because of economic hardship
- Etc.
The solution is:
1/2
I find the thing that keeps happening to me is the frickin' Gemini Google search trap.
Like, I just want to look at the etymology of a word or whatever and I'm 50% of the way through the "Google answer" before I have to redirect my focus down to the links below.
*I don't actually drink La Croix; that's a writer in-joke
**It turns out that the "AI software update" was actually just my kiddo spelling things out with our magnetic letters, so I have different questions now, like, "What makes a toilet 'skibidi' and why would there be 67 of them?"
NOW THAT I KNOW I COULD GET BLAND/MILQUETOAST DUCKETT & DYER THAT IS ALL THAT I WANT!!!
...
...
ALSO I WOULD LIKE SOME MILQUETOAST!!!
Serious question:
As an author, do I count as "using AI" if my refrigerator just got an AI software update and that's where I keep my La Croix?

Absolutely incredible watching them run the same playbook on children with ADHD and autism that they did on trans youth.
Like the chess prodigy who goes down the line checkmating his opponents, but with Zoom calls!
Currently reading Terry Prachett's WEE FREE MEN.
With a highlighter.
The second chapter is VERY good.
"To find the school for witches, go to a high place near here, climb to the top, open your eyes..."
A promotional graphic in red, soft pink, and orange tones, evoking a 70s vibe. The background features a stack of books and a rainbow. The text reads: A very queer march Itch.io book bundle 63 LGBT+ books for $60! Save 75%! tinyurl.com/a-very-queer-march

Safe Haven A cosmic horror sitcom by Daniel Aegan Available wherever fine books are sold Image shows a suburban street at night with a TV set in the road. The image on the screen is two bloody hands pawing at it from the inside. A copy of the Safe Haven book with the woman and her umbrella is off to the left.

All I want for Wonder Man Season 2 is our two leads hiding out from the government in a small town, wholly incapable of avoiding the siren call of community theater (possibly performing Little Shop of Horrors?).
165 is a number of dozens too!
"Ethical consumption of HBO's Harry Potter series" or -- as it's more commonly known these days -- "ethical tuberculosis of HBO's Harry Potter series."
Universal basic income, college should be free, healthcare should be free and uncoupled from employment, government should stop trying to look down people's pants. Oh, and we should triple funding to NIH and CDC, and involve patient voices in grant funding-- like they already do in other countries.
Friends, I saw a post about weird fantasy/sf, and honestly, do you have a few recommendations that you say, you should totally read it?
Sorry! Sometimes I'm just trying to crystallize my own thought as inspired by another post. That's my fault. I didn't mean to comment on your reaction/opinion/etc.
(But maybe this is the hospital show equivalent of copaganda?)
The ER docs are the viewpoint characters for the show, so I think the decision to let them be shocked/outraged/etc. at injustices is a reasonable (and real world socially responsible) way to present things for maximum audience impact, even when it's not how things would actually play out.
Don't be fooled by the "new and nicer" ABA therapy: "In 'play-based' [ABA] sessions, toys are often not used for genuine exploration or creativity. They’re used as reinforcers, a behavioral currency. Play isn’t child-led; it’s adult-orchestrated."

I guess I have my pitch for a new Alyson Hannigan show?
"Citing irreconcilable differences and her husband's recent demise..."
You lost me at "my system is to drink more water" but got me back with "each of my water receptacles must be a bespoke art object."
(Possibly that's not what you actually said, but that was ny journey.)
Isn't this like saying "She recently separated from her dead husband"?
Can we trade it for what's behind door number 3?
AAARGH!!! It's that crazy-stressful time of year again when my kiddo only has TEN DAYS to finish all their Halloween candy before the Easter Bunny gets here!
WHAT. WILL. HAPPEN?!?
