I’ve been using them for years, would recommend for simple tax filing

Do you swap your tires?
It’s also illegal on the road from a motorcycle standpoint (lack of turn signals, plates, high beams). Those really belong on a dirt track
I ride a motorcycle (small 300lb bike) and bicycles. I have many more hours on my bicycle for fun and transportation, but people assume I took my motorcycle if I say I’m going to bike somewhere that isn’t a park.
Are people allergic to moving? That’s one of the biggest pros of riding any bike.
Many of the helping people start counter could be solved with proper gearing.
Are there other exceptions other than knee problems or similar medical issues?
Why are Americans mostly interested in cheap ones? What can convince people to go with better quality(at least bike shop quality)?
Most of the time someone comes to me for e-bike advice, they don’t want to spend over $1k. $1k is minimum for a decent used bike.

Can we use that $8.4 million to create better alternatives for those drivers?
The income is the friends you make along the way
Getting your drone license? You’ll need that if it makes income.
It’s worth it tho! Fun hobby if you’re into photography/videography
Cargo bike hauling mulch
First year with a cargo bike, and this might be my biggest haul yet!
Also, shoutout to the local Menards for all of the bike racks even in car dependent suburbia.
Fire light painting with me as a model
Took a light painting photography class at Midwest Photo this weekend!
Another student kindly took this photo with my camera while I modeled.
Cargo bike parked in front of a grocery store loaded with groceries.
Haven’t used a car for local errands since getting this bike 4 months ago.
Bonus is that I’ve felt much stronger hopping on my sport bike for the first time this year.
Situational awareness is probably the best bet. A chill vacation spot, I just need a cafe lock. Downtown at work, I use a bike locker.
Just ordered my kickstand! I have the same color and model of bike. I’ve started putting my dog in a rear basket, and the normal stand was a bit too tippy haha
I’ve never been deep into politics beyond voting, but that changed. I now use @5calls.org weekly to contact my reps and senator.
You MUST do the same. It takes less than 10 minutes to reach them all. Social media won’t change things, but calls will help.
Use the site. Make the calls. 👇
Ahh, nice! That’ll be awesome
Looks like you have to call and charter with a group. It doesn’t look useful for going to Indy for a weekend to see friends by myself.
I was riding a COGO bike in downtown Columbus yesterday, and had an Amazon delivery van worker chat with me at a stoplight. She said she’d trade and that it’d be much easier to deliver on bike.
Maybe one day we can get cargo bikes in downtown Columbus.
People become severed when they hop behind a wheel - spin off show idea
Picking up mine today!
Biked through Central Park for the first time today after seeing War on Cars + Citynerd. This weekend was bliss
Any specific on the “concerns”? It seems like they’d really have to stretch pushback considering the housing crisis.
My favorite “errand” is going to the park to chill, run, and use the outdoor gym.
Even if the gear is free, it’s annoying to put it all on every time you run an errand
Better than nothing
Hence the obvious - cars. I’m assuming you are riding in a bikeable area(rare, I know) like a shared path.
The US has lax e-bike and e-scooter regulation. The knee-jerk reaction is to ban them, which would be bad for everyone. The higher risk they cause damages the reputation of bikes in general
Other than the obvious (cars, road condition, etc), high power e-bikes and scooters can be dangerous for both cyclists and walkers. Even 28mph limited bikes can be dangerous for elderly or congested paths.
