While an interesting and thought-provoking idea, I beg to differ. What you should do is ask them to open their personal bank account and show you all transactions in the last 30 days. It shows they are honest, open, and shows how they will use their paycheck to better support your business!

Having Hollowbody release the same year as a Silent Hill remake is such an excellent contrast. Both stunning games, both taking a genre in different directions. Reminds me of how Godzilla Minus One and Godzilla vs Kong can both exist and that is OKAY.
