4. Change the color of the spotlight to whatever you want
5. Turn on the manual light adjustment in the gpose panel itself, and adjust it until only a silhouette is there
6. Spawn a flat light in front of your character, adjust the shape of it and then you can make it brighter

LOL If it makes it easier, then here this is a step by step of how I usually do this sort of stuff:

1. Position your character in front of a studio wall, but a bit far.
2. Spawn a spotlight behind them, and position it to cover most of the wall, but not the character
3. Crank up the brightness

I think the easiest and most efficient way to do it is with either brio or ktisis, and spawning a point light. You can manipulate the light's intensity and shape, and you can also scale it to make it narrower or wider
