It teaches you problem solving as you are struggling to stay on the wall and find the next hold. A tip on climbing is the closer you hold your body to the wall/the rock the better you will do. Leaning in to the wall, which is the obstacle, leaning in is the path to success.

Most of my friends here on fb know I climb competitively. I didn't climb at all before parkinson's but then I found out that climbing helps with brain plasticity, strength and balance.
