Always read labels. When buying something that contains these ingredients, you need to see either "Organic" or "Non-GMO" listed right after the ingredient. If you don't see that, then it's GMO.

I hate to break it to you, those who weren't already aware, but GMO foods have been everywhere in our supermarkets for decades. The difference now is it's on the label now. I'm an avid reader and do more reading at the store than at the library.
