After the White House complained about an unflattering photo of Karoline Leavitt, it was removed from AFP and Getty’s systems. This is the photo in question. Please do not repost it. 👇

Just so everyone remembers . . . .

Accountability brings consequences.
And consequences are the only language corruption understands.
Money and political power do not outrank the Constitution.
They just need a wake up call and it’s coming at the midterms.👇
This is why you always follow the money...
* Abolish ICE.
* Close the concentration camps.
* Hold DHS and its past and present officials fully accountable for the growing number of wrongful deaths.
* Redo immigration policy to open up more pathways for more people to receive full US citizenship.
This was such a fun conversation! I went back and listened to the M&A version. I agree - it IS the definitive arrangement. now to carve out time to rewatch the film...
DHS nominee Markwayne Mullin is one of the most active stock-traders in the Senate — and violated the STOCK Act against insider trading as recently as last August.
He currently holds stock in L3Harris, which has millions in contracts with ICE and FEMA.
The grift continues.
Trump has turned the Department of Justice into his own personal vendetta machine. And Pam Bondi has been happy to go along for the ride.
We're witnessing the most egregious politicization of the DOJ in recent memory — and I lived through the Nixon years. www.nbcnews.com/politics/jus...

A key passage Goldsmith cites in the US DOD Law of War Manual:
"It is forbidden to declare that no quarter will be given. This means that it is prohibited to order that legitimate offers of surrender will be refused or that detainees, such as unprivileged belligerents, will be summarily executed."
Have fun! Will you be interviewing anyone while there? I'm looking forward to hearing all about it!
Trump administration live updates: White House Changes Course and Will Demolish Entire East Wing
The government may be shut down, but Trump is still managing to get some work done in Washington—like illegally demolishing an entire wing of the White House to build himself a ballroom.
Lifting a finger to lower your health care costs?
Not so much.
😍 Boston, you are beautiful. #NoKings
On top of detaining U.S. citizens, ICE is now fining legal residents for not carrying their papers.
It was never about going after the “worst of the worst.” It was always about cruelty.
This was a fantastic conversation, and I'm looking forward to actually and finally reading your book. I love your insights into Dylan's performances!
