#UE5.7 #controlrig #Physics. Been working on my side project and I think I have Billy/Gorgon in a really good place. I figured out how to blend lower body anims and control rig logic with my #gorogon while he was walking. I am planning to have some more non-bipedal characters soon.

Love to see more monster loving. Do you have a Satyr planned for one of the books? Or a Gorgon/Medusa?

Spending my first day off learning some #UE5.7 #controlrig #Physics. I have been hearing the plan is to remove AnimBP at some point, so I am working on learning how to make physics and dynamics in Control Rig. Along with some procedural animations, I have mr rabbit for some testing.

I chose a Clear Gloss Varnish finish to make it pop. After the varnish was done, I glued some thin green felt to the inside to keep the book clean and secure. Painting took me 4 days, not bad for my first miniature. I did oil painting ages ago; this was a fun project to scratch that paint itch.

I then started #painting, I have never done #miniature painting before, and did a lot of research into the paints and some techniques on how to handle the paint; plus asking ALOT of people if and how they do paints like this. The hardest part was priming and then getting the right colors.

The #Resin #3Dprint took about 6 hours total. The Print took 4 hours, then I spent 1 hour cleaning, followed by 30 minutes of UV curing and 30 minutes of peeling the supports off. I am really happy the details turned out. I did model the holes so the extra resin could drain

Made a little book stand for a Friend this year. I found the measurements for a dragon book display and used that as a base, and did some #Zbrush #sculpt of the #GreenDragon mascot for @greendragonbooks.bsky.social , and I set out to make a #3DPrint of the little guy and paint him.

Love this series it's so creative and I love seeing the animator's being able to have fun with it.
