GW33: A bench boost has been played. I’ve taken Mitoma out along with Rice and Bowen and brought in Enzo, Rayan and Pedro. Hoping Chelsea will finally Do Something 😬OR 600K. Good luck all!

When you aggregate the comments of various Reform UK candidates, you find they:
Hate the NHS
Hate immigrants
Hate Black people
Hate Brown people
Hate Muslims
Hate Jews
Hate women
Hate students
Hate LGTBQ people
Hate the unemployed
Hate disabled people
Hate everyone ...
But claim to love the country.

Up to a mighty 634K thanks to a few fireworks. Rare for me to see a good first week after a WC

Not an average score but I’m on 57 with 3 left. Dropping Thiago (temporarily) was a bit painful, as was Mitoma over Wieffer. But O’Reilly and Bowen did well enough. I was heavy on ARS def before the WC so happy to avoid that disaster

Neither😀Bowen and DCL should be fine this week

WC32: OR 780K and 4 FT. Main considerations were Semenyo over Donnarumma, Pedro over Thiago and Wieffer or Mitoma. But it’ll do for the run in. GL all!

UK opening new oil and gas fields would imperil global climate goals, experts say Climate diplomacy figures warn North Sea drilling would encourage fossil fuel exploitation by developing countries

Opening new oil &gas fields in North Sea would encourage developing countries to exploit more fossil fuels

One senior African negotiator reacted furiously to the suggestion:
“new oil exploration by a historic emitter is as contradictory as it is regressive”

What I learned from my first few weeks as a Green MP? Most politicians have no clue how tough things are out there | Hannah Spencer With this escalating cost of living crisis, so many are really suffering – yet Labour lacks the imagination, boldness and will to do anything about it, says Green party MP Hannah Spencer

Either he has no redeeming features or he’s an extremely stable genius who’s rapidly ushering in the green revolution. Or both

Looks like it 😮

There’s not much in it. Bruno being a MID helps, and MUN have been playing well when fresh, LIV still competing on two fronts. Spurs are awful tho!

GW30: Rolling the transfer, captaining Bruno and planning for WC32. This is more forward thinking than the current US admin appears to be capable of. Good luck all

Reaching net zero by 2050 ‘cheaper for UK than one fossil fuel crisis’ Climate change committee finds move to renewable energy would also bring health, economic and security benefits

Our dependency on fossil fuels makes us vulnerable. Wars across the world are pushing up prices for households in the UK.

Why keep waiting for the next crisis? We need to transition to clean power as fast as we can to protect people and our economy.

Reminder that Binance knowingly disapplied anti-money laundering checks to facilitate the growth of its platform, leading to it being fined $4bn under Biden for allowing known terrorist groups to use it. Trump recently pardoned the Binance founder for his role in it.

They were only 3-0 when I posted. Absolutely horrendous. I feel like they’re in a deeper hole than Forest

Spurs or Forest for that last relegation spot? Think West Ham have sorted themselves out thanks to Nuno.

Argh not again. Enjoy it while it lasts I guess, then migrate somewhere better. There’s a metaphor in there somewhere

GW29: Sold Haaland and Le Fee, brought in Ekitike and Palmer (regretting not getting Mbeumo already). Salah and DCL another option but I’m not convinced about Salah this season. Ndiaye 🧢 which my model and Review actually agree on. GL all!

Turning back to FPL, this is The Team for GW28. Enzo -> Ouattara and Bruno cap. Tempted by Haaland tho. OR 1.6m so it continues to be a pointless exercise but I’m having fun goddammit. GL all!

And from Starmer's comments attacking the Greens rather than leaning into the left sentiment that got Labour elected in the first place, Labour have learned nothing from this🤷
