The reread of Project Hail Mary before the movie was a blast indeed.

If people could see how hard schools work to get and keep kids reading, they would never shame any reader for any reason.

I am Four. Started great. Good throughout. Except the ending.
AND Read the How to Train Your Dragon books with my son. As far as I know a conclusion never got published.

Not all wars, but I do have a shelf of WWII books and I always check that section in bookstores for others, just in case. It’s great stuff.

As I get older, it’s hard to tell if I have forgotten stuff or never knew it in the first place. Heard a Rod Stewart song but the display said it was Faces. I have no recollection of him being with them. #random #music #strange

The technology is different but I’ve been able to have the ACC tournament on the last 2 days in class (last 30 minutes). It’s fun to watch students watching and reacting.

Started rereading Project Hail Mary today for a group at school. Was already reading Replaceable You by Mary Roach and Wuthering Heights. Both are great but now it feels like I have to eat my meat and vegetables before I can enjoy the dessert I want to have. #booksky #books

Rereading it now, about a third of the way through, mainly because I couldn’t remember it the way the movie previews suggest.

I remember being a kid and finding out he was a Wilmington native, along with Roman Gabriel, and thinking how cool it was . This was before Michael Jordan hit the national scene.

Sometimes you just need a good spy novel. Don’t remember who recommended it a few years ago but I found it before Christmas at a used bookstore. Gave it a try this week. Definitely recommend #books #booksky
