Ok I feel old *for* you. That's like... Literally a visible cue ๐

Is it? I've not noticed ๐
I both respect you for the longevity and am horrified at it. Perhaps I'll stay where I am, just gone 5 years in. My previous record was 7, but I don't think I ever WANT to have a colleague so young that they were born after I started.
I'm the goodest of boys
Not this from my monozygotic womb-mate
I'm dying. The guy who started in my department yesterday, he's 27. He's told me he used to work for the exact company I worked for, but exactly 10 years after me. At 39, I've never once considered myself old or aging. Until today.
Is it a coincidence I've been working on bending my spine and also low-key interested in bottoming? Probably not.
"You can do it put your... Something... Into it"
Oh, then I take it back
Now I wanna get bread, loaf me
A true fashionmista
Right down to the manufactured "heroes" who go on and on about a foreigner being sent to take over, displaying absolutely zero knowledge of the outside world.
I feel these Chinese game developers are taking aim at America, but are also low-key either blind to themselves or massively self-aware, too
Seeing a scene in a game where a businessman promises eternal happiness to people, bombards them with easily-disproved propaganda and lies and then urges them to get literally lobotomised so they no longer feel pain, and I'm like... This is America
The eternal struggle of "are you using..?" vs "can I use..?" in the gym, when someone has their earphones in ๐ฉ
If you get it correct first time, you're a witch.
Had my appraisal.
All massively positive, such as "will never have to convince to take more on, you just do it"
I did get the odd "could be more organised".
And I laughed when she said "sometimes I can just see in your face that I've lost you and have to bring you back" ๐
Yay for my work ethic.
But the simest way of showing that AI isn't great? Autocorrect and spell-checker. The set region changes things. It's thst simple a way to determine how fallible.
That is what I said a couple weeks ago. "Necessity is the mother of invention" gave way to "laziness" instead. Propogated by a post-expertise social climate that is being pushed by politicians and corporations. Social media took away the ability to critique, AI is taking away the ability to think.
It does actually anger me watching people think they've used AI to triumph and it falls apart at the smallest scrutiny.
Short king era only existed for short people anyway
In my opinion, AI is only useful for admin work. It should not be used where thought, nuance or investigation is required. AI requires correct input, ergo only people who know what they're talking about in any given field can use it for that field. By definition it isn't a replacement for education.
We need to put clips of Alison Hammond's laugh in a museum for posterity
Apropos of nothing, I've got mandatory AI training next week.
Also, shout out to my phone trying to autocorrect short-cuts to short cunts.
We need to stop creating and selling short-cuts. It's no longer about convenience, it's reliance on others to think for us in all aspects

SAVE HE'S SEVEN DON'T
She's gonna be one of *those* twinks
I'm also not saying step-nephew(?) is a massive and blatant future gay, but I gave him a piggy-back then play-fought and he fell over, resulting an a massive crying fit until their taxi arrived, wjere he immediately stopped a and said "bye uncle Marcus"
Break your neck ๐ซฃ
I'm not saying I'm a massive cunt, but I did just make a 7-year-old do a Busta Rhymes rap karaoke in front of a whole bar so I could laugh.
Nah he spilled my frozedn marg so I'm drop-kicking him in the face
