Watched an AI struggle against a wild JS unit test today. After twenty minutes it successfully hooked up a debugger, that didn't help, it resorted to print statements ... then gave up and deleted the tests.
Logseq finally dethroned post-it notes a couple years back and it's going strong.

AI and SQL were basically made for each other.
It understands and writes SQL better than I do, and it can read complex query plans casually and provide useful advice.

Try the app Timeshifter, I'm a convert after using it for a job going US west<--> Europe frequently.
Gives you a schedule of when to be awake/try to sleep, when to seek/avoid light, etc. starts a couple days before travel.
Also a small dose of melatonin 30 minutes before sleeping.
