I remember talking about it before but just hadn't stopped off the "North Little Rock Navy" since then. I also see that we bookended Operation Southern Watch. My initial Enduring Freedom orders still say Southern Watch. An amendment to those orders adjust that to OEF.

Got stuck behind a cybertruck on the interstate today. The handicapped license plate was enough of a fulfilled stereotype but the 10 mph below the speed limit was just perfection.

More like thank rather than blame. 🙃 Anything to sound less American right now. I went through a similar thing years ago to sound less southern. Living in and traveling to other parts of the world definitely helped.

Yes it is. I dabbled in Android tablets and phones years ago and I wasn't impressed. I like the idea of GrapheneOS but there is still the need to play with Google for some things and that's mostly just phone.

Wasn't OEF something like Infinite Justice at first and then they thought it was too forward and changed it to Enduring Freedom? I was so early to deploy that my first orders say Southern Watch. Only in an amendment do I see Enduring Freedom.

The general public really needs to get a better understanding of how computers work. It's frustrating having to deal with users who wholeheartedly believe some program is screwing with them when the real problem is just them having almost zero understanding of how things work.
At one point in time, we were forced to read those in high school.
