I’m sorry to say but the new closed captioning @crunchyroll.com on PS5 is bad. It’s often wrong to the point of putting a cuss word in a family friendly show. Also the choices are 1) bad closed captioning (not subtitles), 2) English translation of the onscreen Japanese text with no subtitles 😣
