Quick cat update. Still waiting for results but maybe *NOT* lymphoma (hard to be definite). Now testing for a fungal infection (histoplasmosis) which is treatable. Fingers crossed for treatable! He started playing again after a steroid shot. 💜

Incoherent Meeting Discussion
The transcript appears to be a fragmented and informal conversation between Tal and Adam, with no clear topic or decisions made. The dialogue consists of brief exchanges and incomplete thoughts, making it difficult to identify specific action items or conclusions. Without more coherent content, it's not possible to provide a meaningful summary that would be helpful to someone who missed the meeting.

Faster than any person in history. Um... it is a robot. If it finished in the top 50 in its age group it would have been melted down like in Terminator 2. Stakes were high and Lightning knew it.

Jay Bhattacharya: Why the NIH is pivoting away from mRNA vaccines

"As a vaccine for broad public use, mRNA technology has failed to earn the public’s trust."

This is great, and a good reminder of the attack of this administration on mRNA technology and science. What is happening to science funding now is appalling.

The editorial on deaths in ICE custody is incredibly powerful.
"It is not simply a management challenge to expand detention while weakening oversight and eliminating specialty care reimbursement; it is a policy choice with foreseeable and documented mortality consequences. 1/

The Illusion of Choice: Why Data Transparency Alone Is Not Enough to Empower Health Care Consumers | AcademyHealth
