- Higher IL-6, lower TNF-a, less RF, high ESR
-Co-morbidities, polypharmacy, cognition, depression

Care Models to Improve Pain and Reduce Opioids Among Patients Prescribed Long-Term Opioid Therapy This randomized clinical trial compares the effectiveness of an integrated pain team vs pharmacist collaborative management on pain and opioid dosage.
