Walked into a coffee shop and saw this hanging from the ceiling. Though it was pretty dope and took this shot. The original images does not look like this at all. I underexposed, and in the editing process, deepened the shadows and color graded it more orange and brown tones to give it a darker feel. Night & Day. Went to the coast to clear my mind. I brought my camera because..why not?! lol I saw this person walk up to the water. With the long shadow and her staring into the distance, I felt there was something so poetic about this scene and I took this shot. Im in love! *sidenote: The entire time, I was confused why the shore line was so pulled back. ive never seen it pulled back that far in this area before. I thought maybe it was just the season. After spending a couple hours on the beach, we walked back to my car. A white van pulled up beside us and told us that we were in a tsunami advisory status. Then it clicked why the shoreline was pulled so far out lol. Learned to be a lil more aware of my surroundings this day!
