Sorry that it's been awhile since I posted.
This ol' geezer's not really been in a good headspace as of currently, I've been remembering real bad things that happened in my life.
It's nothing to worry about, just comes with age.

Other notable things in this build: The overworld music is kind of there, just a bit too laid back compared to how the gameplay feels and how it sounds in the retail build.
Best way to describe it is that the puzzle pieces are there, but haven't been put together to create the picture yet.
An early layout of the Super Mario Bros. title screen. Most notable differences being the logo having a green palette before switching to the browns in the final release, the mushroom cursor being a brick, and the level background having a fence included. Mario's color palette is also different here, being his classic Blue-Shirt/Red-Overalls from the Donkey Kong arcade game before it became the Brown-Shirt/Red-Overalls palette in the final release.
Goodness, been awhile since I got around to posting on here! You know how it is, the holiday season and what-have-you, gets a little crazy in my family. ๐
Speaking of holidays, one of my grandkids gave me an early Christmas present! A way to record/screenshot the builds I have with a capture card!
Recently found some of my sketches for a few of the old Mario games when my kids were going through my attic during renovations.
Currently I'm just fiddling with the scanner so I can archive them and maybe show them on here, but if all else fails there's always the phone camera.
Quite the -active- imagination there.
I personally don't believe in the supernatural. If it were to exist, it'd have been documented and experimented ten times over by this point.
Hmm, sounds like he was brought sometime after I had left the company then. What a shame, really, I probably could've talked for days about your old man!
Sorry to interject but allow this ol' geezer to speak a bit!
Unless the virus was capable of arbitrary code, it wouldn't be possible. It'd be a technical marvel in-of-itself for a virus to just create a game.
Really now? Small world!
If you could tell me when he started, I could see if I remember seeing him here and there!
The California Nebula
Howdy!

Grandkids introduced me to Bluesky, I much prefer the cozy atmosphere here compared to the other app.
