I hate to bring their names onto this platform but that footage of Trump, Vance and Zelensky is extraordinary. World leaders squabbling in full view of the press. Astonishing.

NHS nurse left out of tea round given £41,000 payout Susan Hamilton wins her case for unfair constructive dismissal against a south London NHS Trust.

Always thought the BBC were above this click bait bullshit. Totally misleading headline. www.bbc.co.uk/news/article...

Fear for the future of the Bond franchise now. Loved that it was often years between films. There was always a sense of familiarity in every film. Britishness. Think Amazon will try and milk the franchise for all it's worth. Removing some of its charm and appeal when doing so.

More brands need to follow Shopify (and Adidas before them) and drop Kanye. Just being associated with him is basically endorsing his actions.

UK will not be able to resist China's tech dominance China's AI success has come from policy and Chancellor Rachel Reeves's recent visit to China highlights the importance of a close relationship.

“There are on average more than 6,000 PhDs in STEM subjects (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) coming out of Chinese universities every month. In the US it is more like 2,000-3,000, in the UK it is 1,500” - surprisingly close to the US www.bbc.co.uk/news/article...

An extract from Labour's AI Opportunities Action Plan suggests the technology “will be used to help tackle issues such as potholes.” Meanwhile, China mocks US tech firms with the launch of DeepSeek.

As a nation, we’re so slow and clumsy when it comes to creating our own destiny. Infuriating.

The Traitors finale was good but I wasn’t a fan of how the Seer twist played out. It could have been brilliant but Charlotte was the one pick that could ruin it - and it did.

That result is what I really love about Emery’s Villa. We rarely look down and out even when two goals behind. I don’t think I’ve ever seen that from a Villa team. Maybe once or twice but not consistently across a season. Always feel like we’re going to score. #UTV

The irony of the US wanting to ban TikTok to 'stop the spread of propaganda and disinformation' when Musk is the Pied Piper of lies and deceit is hilarious.

Not that i'd want it to happen but fire engulfing the Hollywood sign would be some image. Imagine there are already plenty of photographs set up to get the best shot.

The Traitors is unbelievable telly. You like people then you don't. You think you know what's about to happen, then it doesn't. Constantly takes you one way then the next. Just brilliant.

A little insight into the hypocrisy of the Conservatives and Reform UK.

They want a national inquiry into child grooming gangs. To do it, they've suggested a change to the government's Child Wellbeing and Schools Bill.

The rules say if a change is made at this stage, the whole Bill is dead.

That means no inquiry - but also no breakfast clubs. No making school uniforms cheaper. No keeping better tabs on children who fall out the system (vital after Sara Sharif).

But if there is a vote, Labour MPs will have to vote against an inquiry to save the Bill.

And you just know the right will milk that “Labour voted against an inquiry into child grooming gangs” angle for all it’s worth.

The politicisation of this issue has to stop. It is disgustingly cynical.

It will end up harming children.

It's now up to the Speaker if this change is selected for a vote.

They'll either save me or accidentally kill me while trying.
