Happy for Molyneux, he’s the architect of many of my favourite games growing up.
He gets a lot of stick for his “lies”, but I firmly believe it has always come from a good place. He’s a dreamer whose dreams were sometimes a bit too big.
We need more dreamers in games, if you ask me.

Very happy I buckled. Two areas in, and I’m already enjoying Pragmata even more than I expected to.
Feels like a lost game from 2011 (incidentally, the last time games were consistently good).
Hairdressers and taxi drivers, so you can steer the latter away from all the racist patter.
I went back and forth on whether or not to get it on Switch - I played the demo on Switch and it is really good on there.
I’m actually between games and had been holding off properly starting anything for this - part of the reason I caved 😂

Reluctantly cancelled my Pragmata preorder because I don’t have time to play the new games I already have. I’ll pick it up later (when it’s probably cheaper, too).

Yeah, the official Nintendo mag was the last one of the old school I was subscribed to too. I miss that magazine.
N64 Magazine was the first mag I subscribed to - and stayed subbed right through the GameCube days. God knows where all those issues are now… probably a landfill.
I only subscribe to two games mags: Retro Gamer and Edge.
I think I only really sub to Edge because it’s the only game in town (pun intended) when it comes to magazines about modern computer games. I really wish there was an alternative that didn’t take itself so seriously.

I didn’t fancy either game until I played the demos, but Pragmata especially really stood out for me.
Can’t really justify more games either, but was going to get TL for her indoors. As it is, I’ll have to make do with Pragmata instead 😉

Probably a good thing - Pragmata is out this week too, and I’m much more interested in that.
