I just started my permanent move to a different country on Monday, and currently have been very busy getting settled and unpacking, building furniture etc

it's wild how differently stuff can affect us depending on the day and other factors ;-; but im glad you were able to figure out what caused you to react like that. trips like that are always anxiety inducing, adding more to it is definitely not fun 🩷🩵

i won't lie it was terrifying and then me thinking i was about to die made my heart even worse because of anxiety lol

ive been on what im on now for a few months with no problem but my body decided yesterday to not like it

my grandad reacted pretty quickly because he's had heart troubles so he busted out his heart monitor thing and well

had to go ER to get some tests to make sure my heart was okay

luckily no damage, got sent home with something to force it to relax and told to talk to my doc about a lower dose

haha so stress and high dose of adhd meds dont mix well together

turns out when you already have a very high dose and then you mix stress into that, it can quickly lead to a trip to the ER because your heart gets stuck above 110 at rest for a few hours

im okay now but that was very scary ;-;

i got into the books after the first movie came out and i watched it in the cinema! ever since then, i've been a massive fan of HTTYD and even as an adult, the movies remain some of my favourites of all time :D

I kept some of my favourite childhood books and its so fun to see them and the one where my old dog chewed the front page when he was a puppy

i finally got my hair refreshed yesterday! it turned out a little more blonde this time around than my usual silver/grey on the one side but my hair apparently is a little fried from all the bleach ;-;

apparently there is a link between people with adhd and binocular vision dysfunction

so guess who needs to get ultra fancy prism glasses now? :'D

fellow adhd'ers might want to look into this , its a high percenage supposedly

maybe it fixes my headaches

I never knew about it until today and thought I was just getting a totally normal eyecheckup and now I'm hoping that it might be the answer to why I have had constant migraines without doctors knowing why ;-;
