I process insurance claims.

There is a claim for renting an oxygen concentrator. Guidelines indicate a 36 month rental cap.

The claim is for rental month 46.

I have to deny the claim, but, I don't have to adjust the claims for months 37-44 that paid.

Am I good or bad at my job?
