Nature Prescriptions? Just What the Doctor Ordered What if your primary care physician gave you a script for more time outdoors? Prescribe Outside, a program from CHOP, is doing just that.

I need a doctor to write me a script for one solid year of absolute solitude in the wilderness. www.phillymag.com/be-well-phil...

I thought I wanted more coffee, so I asked my husband to make another pot. But now I don't want anymore but I feel guilty so I'm drinking it anyway and I feel like my head is going to explode. Help!

The Michelin Guide is a Good Thing for Philly ... and the World There's been a lot of talk about why Michelin would be bad for Philly's food scene. But it's not the existential threat you think it is.

Some in Philly fear the Michelin Guide will water down our city's unique flavor to cater to a global audience.

Here's my take: Instead of thinking that the world will change Philadelphia, we should see this as an opportunity for Philadelphia to change the world. www.phillymag.com/foobooz/2025...

I’m so happy I preordered Shane Confectionery’s Pine Barrens assortment. It’s one of the most beautiful boxes of chocolates I’ve ever seen. And the fact that all of the chocolates represent legends of the Pines (folklore that I grew up with) makes this box all the more special.
