Today the bill granting collective bargaining rights to Maryland's non-tenure track faculty passed out of the Senate!
Unfortunately while certain groups of non-tenure track faculty are omitted, today's vote brings us closer than ever to granting all faculty the rights already enjoyed... [1/3]

And by "the theater," Tom Homan (paid by us) means the occupation (paid for by us) by state agents (armed & paid by us) of a state that annually sends $44 million more in taxes to DC than it gets back in federal support for the 5.8 million Americans who live there - or, as they might say, "us."

The majority of organizing happening in Minnesota isn’t just peaceful, it’s INVISIBLE. Moms showing up who won’t be interviewed on TV, people whose ICE patrols don’t turn into viral video. The grocery runs, the donations, the people filming bc they happen to be there. Please remember this.
