It's not like this game was out of reach. Red Sox lost it in the bottom of the 5th. Couldn't score more than 1 run after loading the bases with no outs. Sad! The next inning Monasterio gets the hit they needed in the 5th but only moves Anthony to 3rd followed by 2 strikeouts and a ground out.

I will admit that Ranger Suarez would not have been my pick to be the 1st Red Sox starter this season to throw 8 shutout innings. The guy is all business tonight.

I don't know if the Red Sox should run on Dingler anymore :) He already nailed Rafaela and he had Duran beat if the ball was caught. Crazy fast and accurate throws.

I would prefer the Red Sox have a manager that is able to recognize when things are out of whack sooner than later and do something about it. It happens, and Crochet did not look right from the start. Players (like Crochet) can handle getting the hook. That was batting practice. Bench Durbin too.
