I replaced Criminally Overlooked because it was redundant with Underrated, replaced "Not usually my thing but" with Guilty Pleasure (which just made more sense) and added in Best Writing and changed Story to Plot to separate the two. Oh and "Retro" is a silly term so now that's "stuff older than me"

again, to reiterate its strengths, this game has phenomenal atmosphere even if the writing is incredibly mediocre, and it knows it. Music slapped, graphics vary between really good and "wow this should have been on 3DS instead". Replayability also feels lower than other titles but mileage varies

If this spinoff got another chance I think it has absurdly high potential. Customization was rather limited, resource/territory management felt unfinished, the "Link" system to capture new Pokémon felt incredibly underwhelming and simplified. Fix all of those and everything else will be elevated

Conquest might be the most messy Pokémon game that exists from the DS and prior era that isn't Generation 1, and it absolutely revels in it. Extremely charming, knows how to keep attention, and the RNG is WACK
