Didn't they only recently get sold off by Tencent to a PE group?

In hindsight, playing this before I turned 10, combined with being sent to a Jesus school, is *definitely* what radicalized me.

It's very VERY common to have co-branded credit cards in JP for things you wouldn't expect. The Pompompurin and Chainsawman credit cards are personal favorites.

It's astounding that the UK has the sixth-largest economy, yet one in three children lives in poverty.

The aggregate average income sits ~£204bn below per capita GDP (40,375 / 37,430).

£36bn is annually "lost" through tax avoidance/evasion loopholes.

But of course, migrants are the problem…

We're dealing with consumer markets here; the DCI spec is an entirely different thing, 1080vl is only 2K for cinema aspect ratio.

For 16:9 2K is 2560 x 1440.

And I was literally asking how widespread was it.

How widespread was this test? I've seen a few 2k streams, but not a single 4k

New gens; back in the JTV/early Twitch days, it would get spammed whenever there was a tech issue

Admitting your platform is full of nazis is an interesting marketing move

Depends on your use and how deep you're willing to go to config/customize.

If you need something quick easy and does 80% out of the box, sublime.

If you're wanting to completely tailor it to your usecase, neovim without a doubt

They _clearly_ didn't watch the video, nobody cares about 2 + 2 = 4, only 1 + 1 = 3

compared to running the same settings on Windows 11 (5950x / 4090 / Max settings & RT).

Need to give CS and Deadlock a shot, but if they run fine, I'm done with Windows; games were the only thing still tying me to the platform, now if I can run them equal or better on Linux, I'm done with Windows.

Swapped over to my Pop installation, a bit of tweaking with Protontricks and it's currently sat 3 hours into a "burn-in" test without even the slightest hiccup.

The real kicker is people saying "oh you'll be taking a performance hit with vkd3d" - reverse it. I'm getting a 25% frame rate INCREASE...

I think it's about time I finally pulled the plug and switched my main rig from Windows to Linux.

Been trying to play Cyberpunk for the last few weeks with mysterious "device stopped responding to commands" errors before even reaching the first job; we're talking gameplay time of 6 mins max.

UK prepares for war: How much will it cost? Review calls for ‘war-fighting readiness’ in face of new threats, but funding for military expansion remains in doubt.

_definitely_ a coincidence that this happened a little over a week prior to L'enfant Terrible getting bored and deciding to bomb another country.

Yup, half the internet is out right now. Looks like issues at AWS, GCP and Cloudflare

If you can ask your prescriber for a non-stimmy option, you can travel with it fine, Strattera is the best bet. I've heard of people bringing in Concerta, but it's WAY more of a pain (script + doc note + 輸入確認書)

Will this be applied to the official ESL/Blast streams too?

That's a name I haven't heard in a LONG time, some of the art assets they had in there were absolutely gorgeous, especially for being so early in the mod release cycle

Large billboard in a subway station reads "Stop Hiring Humans. The Era of AI Employees Is Here" with an image of a human-like face and branding for Artisan. Smaller sign with similar theme in background.

I loved postman but we had to move away from it cause of the org sync bugs _constantly_ popping up - we moved to insomnia instead and it's pretty damn sleek

gRPC supremacy!

If you haven't seen it yet, big rec for grpcui makes things super easy for testing - github.com/fullstorydev...

Even easier if you add `reflection.Register(server)` before the Serve method, the service will advertise all available methods so you don't have to load in the proto

Restrictions around the new Stripe OnRamp are kinda goofy.

Nice docs though.

The other possible route is a self-inflicted two-tier system, higher quality video or faster download speeds for "just a few cents!". We fought for net neutrality, and now we're risking undoing it all, by choice.

Ajit Pai is probably kicking his feet and giggling.
