I wanna say "how did no one notice that I was struggling so bad because I was not using the hand I was supposed to" but honestly you can just shorten it at "how did no one notice that I was struggling" and that sort of answers itself for everything in my life
One really funny thing about me being ambidextrous and actively training my left hand now is that I've never been able to hold a pen even remotely "correctly" with my right hand because I have always had severe grip issues but it's the natural posture for my left.

It's one of my favorite stories and it has many merits on character drama, but none of it in the beginning I'd say. It starts fairly typical YA go on adventures now that you've got a reason to, kid! and I found the anime only exacerbated that feeling, haha!
