A meditation session mid-week, proactively applying a calm focus, and, if possible and work/family life can accommodate...complimenting the session with removing or rescheduling an entire morning (or day) of the physical world, can be quite powerful and very clearing.
Your intuitive point on how they contrast to share the value of calm is very true.
