I need to start a taxonomy/linguistics controversy today!
If whales aren't fish, then elephants have hooves.
If elephants don't have hooves, then whales are fish.
Also, if elephants don't have hooves, then whales do have hooves. I need some scientist to complain to, over definitions here!
A few years ago I had pain that very clearly red as Ulnar Nerve pain, but the neurologist couldn't find any issues in my arm. In the end I fixed it by mounting my monitors higher, because it was actually pinched in my neck. There are so many places for nerves to get pinched!
Only elitists would yell at you. Real artists would be excited to see someone else trying their medium of choice in whatever way they find their way doing it! c:
I think what the monetary pressure has taken away the most is depth. The more time you spend on any project, the bigger the risk. The current ecosystem demands consistency, so any deviation becomes another risk. And clients can afford less and less, so projects for them are shrinking too.
Such a precious dragon!
A soup sipping face. c:
What do you imagine them to look like as faces? What's the pointy bit?
Add some free video tutorials to teach everyone to look at art for longer!
Not me. I got them knees the money people don't like

situation is different. I hope you find something that works for you. Not just because I like your art, but also because I think you should be able to enjoy being creative!
Oh yeah, that can feel real stressful. We're meant to keep up the routine and draw every day and come up with new ideas all the time. It's a lot of pressure. In the past I overcame that by choosing to do what felt wrong on purpose, like redrawing the same old piece over and over. But every
I always enjoy reading up on topics you post questions like this one about. I was surprised how common recreational swimming seems to have been in ancient times. Now I'm convinced that by pure statistics, there must have been a cat mournfully cry out at a human wo swam in ancient times.
Burnout is such a terrible feeling. Do you have a strategy to go on past the burnout?
Happy Birthday! :D
Zyonji the anthropomorphic striped hyena sitting on an abstract staircase while wearing a muzzle. An orange halo is behind their head and they hold orange fabric to their chest, letting the cloth flow down all the way to the ground.
I started this painting a couple of weeks ago, but half way through, I got real sick. Endless coughing; couldn't get anything done. I ended up struggling quite hard to finish this painting. I suspect that feeling might have had an impact on the overall mood of this piece.
Imagine the absolute numbers you could do if you combined your apology video with a callout video against yourself!
Isn't it obvious? You got tall hears. That means everyone else needs to speak up! c:
The sleepy zebra is really cute. c:
It really is an experience when something goes wrong and there's nobody who knows what code does anything related to the problem.
A label you choose for yourself really is just a vocalized request you make to others for how you want to be treated by them. It's still up to you to choose how much you want to go along with it. But saying that it's wrong to even ask fells way different than setting your own personal boundaries.
I can't explain why exactly, but it makes me really uneasy how much chatbot generated code is spreading now. It's like trying to write legal text, by using some tool to translate writings from your native language to another.
Thank you!
It's such a small detail, but it really helps get the whole mood across. (x

Zyonji, the anthropomorphic striped hyena, is sitting on a polished throne with a brutalist design. The hyena is lounging on the throne, having one leg rested on an armrest and leaning on the other. Red cloth is draped over the armrest under the the leg and over the other leg. Behind Zyonji's head floats a red halo in the shape of a red triangle and a complex combination of earrings and crown are attached to the ears.
A grand throne for emptiness.
I originally wanted this to be a more simple painting to practice pushing for more extreme poses, but then I enjoyed the composition that much, that I ended up rendering it to a more complete piece.
I don't think Wilson is yellow enough to go around calling him cheese!
