yeye, seal the border so that the cheese doesn't explode when you toss it in the oil, gets nice and crunchy

the trick with store bought/leftover tortillas is to heat them up before using them

and quesadillas with homemade tortillas are always great, my favorite way of doing them is sealing the cheese in the uncooked dough and deep frying them

it's hard to get them thin homemade, though having them be a lil thicker is not bad anyways imo
